PerkHarbor uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, including pages viewed, broad time-spent ranges, and interactions with our Facebook and WhatsApp group links.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to provide these aggregated website insights. We do not collect payment details or require visitors to create an account on this website.

Private overview links are generated individually and expire after a limited time. To protect access, PerkHarbor stores a secure one-way record of the link, its creation and expiry time, and an optional administrator note. For individually addressed overview emails, we also store the intended recipient's email address with that link. The address is not included in the public URL or displayed to visitors.

The overview video is stored privately and is delivered only while a valid overview link is active. Access can be revoked before the expiry time.

For the private overview, we also count visible page visits, video starts, and playback-end events, grouped by email campaign and link placement. Each page load gets a temporary random identifier for duplicate-event prevention, not a persistent visitor identity. Event records do not store IP addresses or raw access tokens. For individually addressed emails, administrators can associate these events with the intended recipient through the private link record. Event records and recipient associations are retained for a rolling 90-day period and cleared when statistics are refreshed after that period. Forwarding and automated scanners can trigger activity, so these records do not prove the intended recipient personally watched the video. Contact us below to request removal of your information.
